Baby Spinach
1 Large Banana
Ice
Juice of 1 Orange
1/2 cup Water
*Blend & enjoy!
It really does taste great and you can’t actually taste the spinach either. A Bonus is my 2yr old who is not fussed on greens but loves smoothies and fresh juice, Loved it.
Juice of 3 small Navel oranges
2 med Frozen Bananas
1/2 cup water
Ice
*Put all ingredients into a Blender
*Blend till smooth

Bargain finds at the local markets
I picked up these lovely’s down at our local markets this weekend, two gorgeous vintage tablecloths in close to mint condition for $5 ea. The seller had heaps of vintage fabric & bric a brac for sale, if I’d had more money on me I think I might have spent alot more! I also picked up a crochet doily and a cute tea cozy. It was a good opportunity to meet with some other mountains crafters as well. I’ve been thinking about the concept of community alot lately and am putting the idea out there to start up a local craft meet/group.Jazyjae’s mentioned the possability of a blue mountains brown Owls group starting up which I think would be fantastic.
